If you want to share your knowledge with our audience of HR and business professionals, we welcome your ideas and draft articles, which our editorial team will then review for publishing acceptance.
NOTE: We are currently accepting around 50% of draft articles submitted. Your article must be very high quality
The time we spend on formatting and promoting means that we will only publish articles on topics we have not covered, and our audiences will benefit from. That is, the MUST be valuable and actionable for our audience of business owners and HR managers who are keen to improve their culture and leadership.

It is highly recommended that you spend some time reading through our blog, and see the type of articles we publish, before making an article pitch.

- You want a paid link or post placement. We do NOT offer these and will ignore your email.
- If you plan to pitch a low quality article.
- If you cannot write like your first language is English.
- If you are just looking for backlinks.
How to submit a guest post
Before you write your article, we request that you send us through a few topic ideas. We accept these pitches via [email protected] ONLY.
We will get back to you with the one(s) that most appeal to our team, normally within 2-3 weeks.
You are then expected to follow this format and style document to write and prepare your article.
Once you have triple checked it meets our guidelines and are ready to proceed, please submit a link to either a Google Document or an attached Word file.
Our team will then review the article, and either accept it with a publishing date, or reply with what needs to be improved before resubmitting.
Due to the high volume of story pitches, please expect at least a one week delay in us replying.
If you are accepted, please note that we often have a publishing schedule planned for the next two months. As of writing, we are scheduling articles 10 weeks after being accepted.
